Update on Bret Michaels and Taya Parker Plus Bret’s Accident

A lot of VH1 fans are wondering if Bret Michaels is still with Rock of Love Bus winner – Taya Parker. Well the answer seems to depend on who you ask. Bret said in a recent interview with amNewYork that he is seeing Taya in a “fun way” and says he is still dating other women. The full quote is below –

‘It should be called Rock of Dating,’ he said at the Lipton Gift Lounge backstage at the Tony Awards…Michaels still sees recent winner Taya Parker, but only in a ‘fun’ way — and goes out with other ladies, too.

Bret also says he might be open to doing a 4th season of Rock of Love. Taya however says she and Bret are in a relationship and are both happy. She has herself listed as being in a relationship on her myspace. She also blogged about her relationship with Bret saying –

Bret and I are doing great! We have been taking a much needed break from the spotlight and cameras to get to know each other. We are having a blast! He’s adorable to cuddle and watch movies with… he just makes me laugh and laugh! You should see him watching “Role Models!” It’s honestly the most precious display of boyish behavior… I’m definitely soooo addicted to his smile! We will see each other again soon… I am counting down the days.

Interesting, something tells me Rock of Love 4 will be in the works soon.

People is also reporting that Bret’s tour bus suffered an accident recently, but fortunately no injuries were reported. Bret and his crew were “released from the scene” after an investigation.

New Interview With Big Rig From Daisy of Love!

Jeremiah Riggs aka Big Rig, was the latest contestant to be eliminated from Daisy of Love. The MMA fighter discusses his elimination, his thoughts on Daisy’s reaction to his son, his missing teeth and his new girlfriend (Marcia from Rock of Love Bus & Charm School 3) in his new interview with VH1.

Below are excerpts from this interview –

It seemed like you were really upset after being eliminated.

Yeah, I was. I ain’t gonna lie to you. It sucked, you know? I don’t really know how to explain it. I guess when you know you’re the better person, don’t no one like to just necessarily lose. I sure as f*** don’t.

Was it just a matter of losing the game, or were you upset at all about not being able to get closer to Daisy?

For the time given and spent, yeah. What can you say when you got 20 other people and you’re all trying to get her attention? You only have so much time anyways and you have to make the best of it. I believe I did that by all means. It’s just, you know…she’s gonna do what she wants to do.

It did seem that you were really into her. You said you were falling in love with her.

I was. It was real and everything. She’s a cool girl. I liked her, just the presence of her and everything. Just a really good vibe. When you’re feeling good things, why not express the way you feel?

What did you think about her reaction to you giving her the picture of your son?

Not saying that it was a bad reaction, but she’s got to understand that I’m a package deal. And I do it the same with any other girl. I got to let them know that I come with more than just a bang.

Bret Michaels Hurt At The 63rd Annual Tony Awards

Rock of Love star, Bret Michaels may have suffered a fractured nose and a busted lip after injuring himself during an opening number at the 63rd annual Tony Awards which took place Sunday night, his rep announced Monday.

During the elaborate musical number that featured Dolly Parton, Elton John and Liza Minnelli, the reality star was knocked to the ground after running into a piece of scenery. He had hit the stage to perform “Nothin’ But a Good Time” with his band Poison and the cast of Broadway’s Rock of Ages.

Bret informed Usmagazine before the accident, “I came here for one reason – to put on the show and then go party. I’m ready to go party and have a good time.” Following the accident, Michaels went to the hospitals to get his X-rays.

Despite the accident, his publicist says that Michaels had a blast performing at the awards.

New Interview With Brittaney Starr From Charm School

In an all new interview with VH1, Brittaney “Jasmineva” Starr talks about her time on Charm School. She talks about being ostracized, being empowered from porn, bathroom imprisonment and how she’s actually “a pretty normal person at home.”

Your time on the show seemed tumultuous.

Yeah, it was OK. I was disappointed not to see Sharon Osbourne. I know how 51 Minds edits and the role they insist on making me play into, and I’d never have agreed to go on another show for them had I known the headmistress wasn’t going to be Sharon. I think she’s an amazing woman and I have the highest respect for her and her family.

But not Ricki Lake?

I have respect for Ricki, but I don’t follow her. Sharon’s the coolest. I was really excited to meet her. Ricki seemed nice until I saw the show and what she said about me, which wasn’t nice of her.

Are you talking about her comment about porn not being empowering?

No! She’d barely met me for five minutes and she called me a kook.

During your exit interview, though, you did admit to being “a little psycho.”

(Laughs) You know when I was wearing the pink DJ headphones and Stryker asked me about them? I replied that I wanted to represent that I was a DJ so the world would know what I did, since the show kept making me out as the crazy ex-porn star. So they of course edited that out and just showed my “wicka-wicka” dance, when I was emulating scratching records. Watching that, I totally laughed at myself. I thought it was funny how they edited all the silly stuff together. What’s life without laughter, right?

New Interview With Farrah From Charm School

This season of Charm School 3 has been filled with some major drama. Evidently mixing the Rock of Love Bus girls with the Real Chance of Love girls was a bad idea, or perhaps a genius idea? Depends on who you ask.

Two girls – one from each show- ended up quiting during the last episode. In this new interview with VH1, Farrah talks about her reasons for quitting and defends her “ghetto” comments. Below are excerpts from her interview plus more pictures of Farrah below –

I didn’t really understand why you were getting so upset at the elimination that led to your dropping out.

I was so pissed, I was actually pacing back and forth. Whenever they were up there, the girls from Real Chance of Love were standing there acting like they were total angels, and that’s fine. When I do stuff that’s wrong, like locking Brittaney Starr in the bathroom, I try to act like an angel, too. But they were making little comments. I don’t remember what they were, but it was just pissing me off. They were that mad that one of the Real Chance of Love girls was up there. Two of the Rock of Love girls were up there. Hello? Two Rock of Love girls already got sent home. It was hard to stand there and listen to all their comments, and it was frustrating that Ricki couldn’t hear them.

So it was just comments that bothered you enough to want to leave?

I knew that as soon as one of the Real Chance of Love girls was sent home, the rest were going to explode, because that’s what they do. It was never-ending. They were yelling the whole time, and when I say “they,” I mean Bay Bay Bay, So Hood, Ki Ki, Risky, K.O and Brittaney Starr. All that yelling was hard to deal with. I had to drink a lot to tolerate it.

Did Ricki momentarily convince you to stay after that?

I felt sorry for Ricki at that point. I know she didn’t want us to leave, but I was thinking at that point that she didn’t know what she was getting herself into. Neither did we, and I’m sure the Real Chance of Love girls felt the same way, because they didn’t want to be around us, either. Ricki didn’t know what to do, and I felt sorry for her because she’s a really sweet person.

You definitely did seem more willing than most to bridge the gap between the shows. You reached out to So Hood after Marcia called her “So Ho.”

Yeah, I tried to talk to her and she was like, “Whatever.” I talked to Ki Ki on the bus on the way there. She was nice and I was nice to her. Bay Bay Bay and I had a really good conversation one time and she was really sweet. The Real Chance girls really didn’t do anything to me besides saying, “Kiss my black ass,” and setting Brittaney Starr up to say stuff to me. But they weren’t looking to be friends, I don’t think. I really regret leaving because I know once a few people left, the group would be smaller and everyone would blend together.

VH1 Announces New Dating Show – Megan Wants a Millionaire!

VH1 has announced today that Megan Hauserman, aka the reality show villian we all love to hate, will be getting her own dating show. The dating show which has just finished filming will be titled Megan Wants A Millionaire. Megan has appeared on previous VH1 shows such as Rock of Love 2, I love Money, and Charm School. The show will be premiering on VH1 on August 2nd at 9/8c. Bret Michaels Talks About Taya, Open To Doing Rock of Love 4

In an all new interview with VH1, Bret Michaels opens up about Taya, his career and his openess to doing another season of Rock of Love. Below are some excerpts from the interview –

What you just taped could be the very last episode of Rock of Love, but I don’t feel like it was mourned properly.

Whether it is or isn’t the last is yet to be seen, as far as what happens with me and Taya. That’s what we were in this trailer talking about [before this interview]: Where does this go? Do we date? Do we take it little by little? When you say “committed relationship,” you’re asking someone for a lot. She lives in Cleveland with her son. She travels. I travel. And another thing is that I’m getting much better at advice than I am at finding love. Bret is the rock doc of love. That’s my new thing. It seemed like I saved everyone’s relationship but mine. Everyone got married, had kids, got engaged, got back with their boyfriend.

I guess I had that impression that this was the end, because you said you weren’t going to do this again at the beginning of the season.

I meant that sincerely. After the Ambre thing, I didn’t know if I could do it all over again. I talked to Ambre about it right before the show started taping, just to basically telling her that I wasn’t trying to throw her under the bus by doing this show. And I think people can sense it. You saw what happened after the reunion taping: I talked to those girls. I talked to Maria [who was hysterical over not getting to say anything to Bret well after the lights had gone down]. It wasn’t like, “Hey, I’m done with you. Thanks. It was all TV.” I think the world gets that sincerity. I enjoy being with these girls. I enjoy hanging with them. I’ll see almost all of these girls again at my shows or just hanging out.

Any thoughts on making out with Mindy during the reunion?

I think that I absolutely made the right choice with Taya. But when Mindy walked up and gave me that kiss…My heart is broken that Mindy didn’t say to me on the island that she loved me. I really like Mindy. Me and Mindy need to get together and speak. I didn’t know she was having all those emotional love moments. I couldn’t read her. Taya, she’s good. Whether she was playing me or not, she’s good.

Did you pay attention to Rock of Love Charm School?

Oh yeah. And I plan on watching Daisy of Love, too. I just found out that Megan’s going to have a show. She’s a character, man. She should have a show. But Daisy, she was my heroin. I was sexually addicted to her. I think she’s gonna have a pretty good time on her show.

Have you seen the Eminem video?

I thought it was f***ing hilarious. He always does spoofs of people, and I think what he did was great. When you get into something like that, it’s like you’re being accepted into pop culture. Eminem is kind of like my younger, hotter, better-looking brother. That video kinda made me jealous (laughs).

If this is the end, pop culture is going to be left with a void. There is nothing like Rock of Love.

We’ll see what happens with Taya. If it works out, maybe I can become some sort of love adviser. If not, I’d love to come back and do it all again.

Taya Parker Gets Naked Again For Radio DJs

We told you last week about Rock of Love Bus’ Taya giving lap dances amongst other things when she visited the Howard Stern show last December. Well it seems, Taya continued her “classy” act while also visiting the OpieandAnothony radio show last December. Bret Michaels Talks About Rock of Love Bus Winner

With the Rock of Love Bus finale airing tonight, Bret Michaels opens up about the woman who won his heart this season, as well as why he chose to find love on TV. Judging by his answer as to the status of his relationship with the show’s winner, it might be safe to say Rock of Love Bus 4 might be in the works. You be the judge.

Why did you decide to do Rock of Love when it started?
Bret Michaels: When they first asked me to do the show, I was reluctant. So I sort of passed and said do this Rock of Love concept, but it’s not for me. I had just come out of this relationship, have two daughters and like my privacy. I’m not a recluse, but I like time with my kids. Three months later, VH1 came back and said you’re the one we want to do it. You throw a good party, you can hold half a conversation and still got a few brain cells left [Laughs].

How would you sum up your experience with this season’s girls?
Michaels: I don’t know where they got the girls, but they were fun and crazy. The big flip of the show is I went in there to be the rock star who dates these girls, but in some sick twist, I became the voice of reason — which is really scary! It’s almost like I was the therapist and the girls were crazy rock stars.

So can you say if there was a solid connection with the winner of this upcoming finale?
Michaels: I definitely felt love at the end of all three seasons. Or, I felt lust and a lot of like. It was the same feeling I had at the end of the first two seasons. I go into these relationships with the same intention, but whether or not they last is a whole different ball game.
